Jen Campbell: Bio

Jen Campbell was born in Missouri and raised in Arizona. She is a graduate of Columbia University in New York City, where she studied the history of photography under Rosalind Krauss and Benjamin Buchloh. After graduating, she worked for several years at Baron & Baron.

Jen subsequently assisted Craig McDean for a year and a half, and has also assisted the likes of Fabien Baron, Collier Schorr, Carlos Serrao, and Timothy White. Since going out on her own as a fashion and portrait photographer, her work has been featured in numerous publications including Big, Details, ICON, L'Officiel and GQ among others. Clients include Marc by Marc Jacobs, The Limited Brands/Bath & Body Works, Yigal Azrouel, Tory Burch, Holmes & Yang, OXO, DFA Records and Hill & Knowlton.

Jen's video work integrates her photography practice into fashion and stop-motion animation. Her fashion work runs the gamut from editorials to presentations and shows, video lookbooks to behind the scenes documentaries.

Jen currently lives in Brooklyn, NY.
